Meet Dr. Madeline Phillips
Dr. Madeline Phillips, known as “Dr. Maddie,” is passionate about creating beautiful smiles and providing exceptional orthodontic care.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of Omega honor societies. Dr. Maddie then obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and the Delphi Society. She graduated as the highest-ranked woman in her dental class of 120 and was honored with the 2020 Eleanor J. Bushee Award by the American Association of Women Dentists. Following dental school, she pursued her specialty training in orthodontics at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University.
Dr. Maddie is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and the Birmingham District Dental Society.
Outside the office, she enjoys pottery, with a special love for crafting teapots and mugs. She also has a passion for traveling, trying new experiences, cooking, and spending time with her wonderful family and friends.
